Veal Meatballs
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 lb Ground Veal 500g
½ cup cracker crumbs 125ml
1 small onion, finely chopped
to taste: salt and pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
Directions
Mix first four ingredients together, form into meatballs.
Brown on all sides and put into a casserole.
Heat the can of cream of celery soup briefly, pour over the meatballs and bake at 350ºF (177ºC) for 30 to 45 minutes.
